Q. I actually have two questions. First I’m looking for a new vet. Any recommendations- we are in Abington. Also both my girls (6.5 and 8 Golden retrievers) are in need of diets to lose weight. A. Here is a recommendation for a vet: Abington Animal Hospital : Vet Dr. Mellissa Geldmacher, she is a client and a acupuncturist. She is very open to natural diets. And very nice!
There are many suggestions on weight loss, depending on what you are feeding, how many treats they get and what kind. Also their activity level, its tough in the heat unless they are swimming! I would consider coming to the store so we could talk in detail about suggestions, change of food, etc. I hope this helps,
